Parent or guardian information is required for all participants under 18. The registering adult assumes responsibility for the accuracy of all submitted information.
Program pricing is listed on individual program pages and is subject to change. By enrolling in a program, you agree to the pricing and payment schedule stated at the time of registration.

Baseball training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in any program offered by The Lab Baseball Performance LLC, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:
Participants and their parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any injuries that occur during training. Participants should disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to beginning any program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lab Baseball Performance LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
This includes but is not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or any other losses arising from your use of our services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, and program designs, is the property of The Lab Baseball Performance LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from The Lab Baseball Performance LLC.
