Fall Baseball Training in Bakersfield | The Lab
Bakersfield & Kern County · Entering 9th–12th Grade · Starts Mon, Oct 12

Walk Into the Season the Most Prepared Kid on the Field.

Hitting, pitching, throwing, and strength on one plan, in one place, with one staff accountable for all of it.

His numbers move or you don't pay. · In writing · 8 weeks

A quick call to talk about your athlete.

Block 2 · Starts Mon, Oct 12 · 15 Seats
Unlimited in-person hitting
One plan for the whole player
Test → Program → Retest

You're Paying for Three Things That Don't Add Up to One.

Where He Is Now
  • Lesson to lesson, no plan behind it
  • Three coaches, three opinions, no coordination
  • Inconsistent swing, inconsistent results
  • No throwing program, no structure to develop
  • No idea if any of it worked
Where He Needs to Be
  • One plan built off what he actually needs
  • One place, one schedule, one staff accountable
  • A consistent swing and a consistent approach
  • A full week planned, progress tracked every week
  • Measured progress from start to finish

Fall ball is his time to win a job and prepare for the season. Not to hope for a good one.

How We Do It

It's Not a Lesson. It's a System.

Lessons & Travel Ball
  • An hour with one coach, whatever he saw that day
  • The same drills every kid gets
  • Next week starts over from scratch
  • Nobody's accountable for the whole player
The Lab System
  • TEST — video analysis and his numbers, week one
  • PROGRAM — built off what the test found
  • RETEST — same setup, week eight
  • One staff — hitting, pitching, throwing, strength

A true system that adapts over time to get measurable progress.

Everyone will train or get lessons. But is there a purpose behind it?

What's Included

One Plan for the Whole Player.

We ask every athlete to train a minimum of three days a week. That's the standard, not the cap.

Full Assessment — video analysis, data capture, and where he's at compared to where he wants to get to
Full Programming — hitting, pitching, throwing, and strength & conditioning
In-Person Training — hitters get unlimited training sessions per week with Lab staff; pitchers get 2 days in person with our pitching coaches
The Lab Player App — his programs, his courses, his reports, with you 24/7
Final Player Report — where he started in week 1 vs. where he finished in week 8
Up to 40 training sessions over 8 weeks.

This Isn't for Every Kid.

This is for the athlete who's decided he's going to earn his spot. He's entering 9th through 12th grade, he's in the building at least three days a week, and he does the work at home when nobody's watching. This isn't a drop-off and we're not babysitters. If he wants it, he walks into the season ready — and if he's in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, tell us on the form and we'll point you to the program built for him.

In Writing

His Numbers Move, or You Don't Pay.

We test him at the start, build his plan off what that shows, and retest him at the end of the eight weeks. If his numbers haven't moved, we refund the full program fee.

What gates it: he attends his assigned in-person sessions and does the assigned remote throwing and strength work. That's the whole catch. The only way this doesn't work is if he doesn't show up.

Enrolling Now

Block 2 Begins Monday, October 12.

Block 2 · Mon Oct 12 → Fri Dec 4 · 8 Weeks

15 seats. Enrollment closes Friday, October 2.
Fifteen is what the floor actually holds with three coaches on it — not a number we made up to rush you. Everybody starts together and everybody retests together. That's what makes the before-and-after mean anything.

Block 2 Starts Mon, Oct 12 · 15 Seats · Entering 9th–12th Grade

Book the Call.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. No commitment, nothing to buy, and no pitch to your kid. It's a chance for you to tell us about your athlete — where he's at, what you've already tried, and what you want out of this season — and for us to tell you honestly whether we're the right place to help him get there. If we are, we'll set a time for you both to come see it. If we're not, we'll say that.
