Hitting, pitching, throwing, and strength on one plan, in one place, with one staff accountable for all of it.
A quick call to talk about your athlete.
Fall ball is his time to win a job and prepare for the season. Not to hope for a good one.
A true system that adapts over time to get measurable progress.
Everyone will train or get lessons. But is there a purpose behind it?
We ask every athlete to train a minimum of three days a week. That's the standard, not the cap.

This is for the athlete who's decided he's going to earn his spot. He's entering 9th through 12th grade, he's in the building at least three days a week, and he does the work at home when nobody's watching. This isn't a drop-off and we're not babysitters. If he wants it, he walks into the season ready — and if he's in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, tell us on the form and we'll point you to the program built for him.
We test him at the start, build his plan off what that shows, and retest him at the end of the eight weeks. If his numbers haven't moved, we refund the full program fee.
What gates it: he attends his assigned in-person sessions and does the assigned remote throwing and strength work. That's the whole catch. The only way this doesn't work is if he doesn't show up.
15 seats. Enrollment closes Friday, October 2.
Fifteen is what the floor actually holds with three coaches on it — not a number we made up to rush you. Everybody starts together and everybody retests together. That's what makes the before-and-after mean anything.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. No commitment, nothing to buy, and no pitch to your kid. It's a chance for you to tell us about your athlete — where he's at, what you've already tried, and what you want out of this season — and for us to tell you honestly whether we're the right place to help him get there. If we are, we'll set a time for you both to come see it. If we're not, we'll say that.

15 minutes, at the time you picked.
No commitments, no pressure. Just a conversation about your athlete.
