4630 Easton Dr, Suite 7 · Bakersfield, CA · Grades 6–8 · Starts Mon, Oct 12

Fall High School Prep Program

Eight weeks of training, measured — so you know he's getting better.

What's Included → Talk To A Coach →

Every kid in his grade has the same amount of time before high school. This is what you do with it — sixteen coached sessions, one plan built for him, and a retest that proves whether it moved.

Starts Mon, Oct 12 Enrollment Closes Oct 3 Grades 6–8
16 coached sessions over 8 weeks
Baseline, checkpoint, retest
Small group, one coach

What He Builds Now Shows Up In High School.

The level of training and what he gets taught now is what shows up later.

What He's Getting Now
  • A different fix from a different person every season
  • Somebody watching a bucket of swings, not his swing
  • Nothing measured, so nothing to compare him to
  • Six days a week of nothing in between
  • You hear "he looked good today" and hope it's true
What Eight Weeks Here Looks Like
  • One system, one voice for the whole block
  • A number and film on him before he swings at anything
  • A structured plan built on his own starting point
  • Work he runs himself on the days he isn't with us
  • You see the change side by side — you don't take our word for it

High school is coming. Will he show up prepared?

What's Included

16 coached hitting sessions — small group, two days a week for eight weeks
A baseline, a week-4 checkpoint, and a week-8 retest
Video analysis of his swing — side by side at the checkpoint, so you can see the change and not just hear about it
A full player report at the end of the block
At-home programs — throwing and strength work built for his age, delivered in the app
The Lab Player app — his plan, his film, his numbers, and every program in one place
You pick his schedule — Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday, 4:00pm or 5:00pm. Same days, same time, same coach for all eight weeks.
Sixteen sessions. One system, with a clear start and end.
How We Train

The Lab System

Four steps that repeat. Every block starts where the last one ended.

Step 1
Test

A full assessment of how he moves — his patterns, his positions, his numbers. Where he actually is, before anybody changes anything.

Step 2
Train

A plan built on what the assessment showed. He knows what he's working on and why he's working on it.

Step 3
Feedback

Video of his own swing, player reports, and hands-on coaching on the floor. He sees it, hears it, and gets it corrected in the moment.

Step 4
Retest

We measure again, the same way we measured the first time. What moved, what didn't, and what the next block gets built on.

This is a learning model, not a workout. Every block starts where the last one ended, and he can tell you what he's working on. Ask him.

Who This Is For

This Is For Him
  • A 6th, 7th, or 8th grader who wants this for himself — not one who's being signed up for it
  • A kid who'll show up twice a week for eight weeks and do the work on the days he isn't here
  • A family that wants an honest answer about where he actually stands — even when it isn't the one they hoped for
This Isn't Him
  • A kid who has to be talked into every session. Eight weeks is a long time to drag somebody
  • A family looking for a quick fix before a tryout. This is a block with a baseline and a retest, not a tune-up
  • Anyone who wants a promise we'll make him the best player on his team. We'll tell you what moved and what didn't

The coached time is hitting only — throwing and strength come as at-home programs in the app. And if he's in 9th through 12th grade, this isn't his program — tell us on the call and we'll point you to the one that is.

Book The Call.

Fifteen minutes, so we can get to know him. Nothing to buy and no pitch to your kid — we want to hear where he's at before we tell you honestly whether this block is right for him.
