When you interact with The Lab Baseball Performance LLC ("The Lab," "we," "us," or "our"), we may collect the following personal information:

  • Parent or guardian name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address
  • Athlete name, grade, and position
  • Program interest or enrollment details

We collect this information when you submit the form on our website, enroll in a program, communicate with us by text, phone, or email, or otherwise provide it to us directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our training programs
  • Schedule calls, visits, and training sessions
  • Communicate about programs, schedules, and facility updates
  • Send text messages you have consented to (see Section 3)
  • Provide customer support and improve our programs and services

3. SMS / Text Messaging

We send text messages only to people who opt in. Our website form has two separate checkboxes, one for marketing messages and one for non-marketing messages. Both are unchecked by default and both are optional. You opt in to a type of message only by checking its box. Providing a phone number without checking a box does not opt you in to text messages.

Non-marketing messages (if you check the non-marketing box) include sales follow-up on your inquiry, confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls and visits, and training schedule updates for enrolled athletes.

Marketing messages (if you check the marketing box) include special offers, discounts, and service updates about our training programs.

Messages are sent by The Lab Baseball Performance LLC from (661) 374-0603. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Consenting to text messages is not a condition of purchasing any program or service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described below and will not be shared with any third party. We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number or SMS opt-in information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information. We may share other information only in these circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our CRM, scheduling, and payment processors), only to provide our services to you and subject to their own privacy policies. This never includes SMS opt-in data or consent.
  • When required by law or to comply with legal process
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of The Lab, our clients, or the public

5. Cookies & Site Analytics

Our website uses a small number of tools to work and to understand how visitors find us:

  • Site analytics: Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics count page visits, the page you came from, and the type of device. They do not collect your phone number.
  • How you found us: our site stores, in your browser, the link that first brought you to our website (for example a post or a search) and passes it with your form so we know which content helped you find us.
  • Our form provider: the website form is provided by our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), which may use cookies to operate the form and protect it from spam.
  • Fonts and video: our site loads Google Fonts, and video testimonials are hosted on YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play a video.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect some site features. We do not use tracking technologies to collect SMS opt-in data.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our programs serve middle school and high school athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about minor athletes is provided by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information without parental consent, contact us and we will promptly remove it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Opt out of text messages: Reply STOP to any text message at any time
  • Request access: Ask us what personal information we have about you
  • Request deletion: Ask us to delete your personal information from our systems
  • Update your information: Contact us to correct or update your details
  • Unsubscribe from emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
